I bought some zines in the past and I want to buy the rest but I don't remember which I have, how can I see my past orders?

No problem! Just enter your email address in this Order Recovery Form and you’ll get an email with all your past orders.

I'm in New Zealand, won't shipping be really expensive?

There’s free shipping anywhere in the world for orders over $60 USD!

Can you send me an invoice so I can expense it?

Yes! You’ll get a link to a PDF invoice in your order confirmation email. Let us know at support@wizardzines.com if you need us to fix anything on the invoice.

If I get the PDF version, can I print it at home?

Yes! All the PDF zines come with a printable PDF that you can print on your home printer. They’re designed to look great on a black and white printer or colour printer, and on A4 paper or letter paper (we have special black & white covers designed for B&W printers). Here are the print directions.

I'm just ordering 1 print zine, won't shipping be really expensive?

We now have an untracked letter mail shipping option! Shipping for a single zine is now only about $5 USD (down from $20 for international orders before which was silly).

What's the print quality like? Is it good?

Yes! I won’t bore you with the exact paper weight numbers but I pay a lot of attention to print quality and people often comment on how impressed they are. We work with a great Seattle print shop called Girlie Press.

How long will my zines take to ship?

Generally about a week. Shipping times are sometimes a little slower during the holidays because there are a lot of orders and the amazing shipping company we work with (White Squirrel) is pretty small and is staffed by humans who need to sleep.

I'm in the EU and I have a business VAT number, can I give it to you?

Yes! There’s a place on the cart page to enter your VAT number. (check the “Are you based in the EU and VAT registered?” box)
